The ideal candidate will be experienced in healthcare billing, possess strong administrative skills, and have a passion for supporting a mental health practice.
Key Responsibilities:
Billing Management:
- Manage and oversee all aspects of client billing, including insurance claims submissions, payment posting, and invoicing.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of insurance claims and troubleshoot any issues related to denied or unpaid claims.
- Maintain up-to-date client accounts, including tracking balances, issuing statements, and following up on overdue payments.
